Do you have weekly scheduled group classes?

Yes. We have group classes twice a week. Please see our schedule page.

We are also a personal training facility. We can set up a weekly schedule for an individual or small group (if you have one) .

What are your hours?

We are available for personal training
Monday thru Saturday 7am -7pm.

Are there age limits?

No. We offer programs for people of all ages.
**Parents are required to attend lessons if child is under age..

How long is a lesson?

Generally one hour but we can set longer timeframes upon request.

Do I have to be in shape to get started?

NO. That’s what were here for!
We will start you at a pace you can handle & increase the intensity as you get stronger.

I never trained before, does that matter?

No. Most of our clients have never trained before.
We train everyone from novice to Expert levels.

How much does it cost?

Do you offer fitness programs?

Yes, We have programs for weight loss, strength conditioning & cardiovascular improvement.

I work in an office & cant get injured, can I still train?

Absolutely. Our Executive Programs are designed specifically for you! You get all of the drills that a professional fighter would get without the concern of contact from sparring.

Are you available for Seminars?

Absolutely. We are available for seminars world wide.
