Beginners Welcome!

No prior training is necessary to start training with us! You don’t have to be  a fighter to attend team training.

We call it Team training because all skill levels & age groups work together to build each other up.

 

  • Monday –       6:00-7:00 pm. Boxing / Muay Thai 

                                    7:00 – 8:00 pm. Catch Wrestling / MMA

                                    8:00 – 8:30 pm. Open Mat / Sparring

 

  • Wednesday – 6:00-7:00 pm. Boxing / Muay Thai                       

                                     7:00 – 8:00pm Catch Wrestling / MMA

                                     8:00 – 8:30 pm. Open Mat / Sparring

 

  • Thursday – 6:00-7:00 pm. Fit Club – Strength & Fitness Conditioning                       

                                     7:00 – 8:00pm Open Mat & Sparring

 

  • You do not have to fight, you just have to be willing to train like a fighter!
  • Our Team has Men & Women, Teen – Adult

We will be running group courses monthly so be sure to join our mailing list so you dont miss out!

Courses will range fron 2, 4 6 and 8 weeks in duration!

  • Anti grappling (keeping the fight standing)
  • Clinch fighting with & without weapons
  • Weapon disarms with empty hand
  • Weapon disarms with a weapon
  • Weapon retention
  • Tactical Pen
