Fitness Conditioning is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as kickboxing, boxing and muay thai.
Whether you want to get in shape for an event, next fight or just have a challenging workout, our Fitness Conditioning workout is perfect for you!
Unlike a lot of these popular “cardio kickboxing” classes going around, we actually use real martial arts techniques and training methods, same ones used by professional fighters to get in shape!
